Power Nutritional Team . It's getting ready to be 2 months that I have been off my medication for Diabetes ,due the insurance company declining to pay for what they say is a highly expensive medication they recommended a cheaper brand . Which does not work for the symptoms that I have .
My Daughter help me to do the Nutritional search for food that would benefit my unique situation. I Don't Eat any processed food, imitation sugar, refine sugar, bleached flour, Fructose, Can Foods, Artificial Food Products Packaged Breads, Soda.
No Dairy accept I still Eat yogurt & Cottage cheese because of the cultured enzymes for now. Seafood. Increased Water to 8-10 ,8 Oz a day , sometimes days it's 6 . I Eat Fresh Vegetables, Fruits, Nuts, Roots , Dried Fruits, Veggies, Fermented Products Herbal Beverages.
HEMP Protein & Vitamin Also Supplements Daily. I also had a Blood Analysis Consolation done to see how my cells are doing during this time of transition. Nutrients do have and effect internally. The Certified Consultant recommended. I clean my liver through a 30 day Detox after she checked my blood work . There are more things not in the photo that I use but those are a few.
