Product Review True Veda : Organic Turmeric (First Impression)

Hi Everyone!
We are trying a new Product: True Veda Organic Turmeric!
We first saw True Veda on Instagram, not only do they offer great products they also work with foundations such as The Akshaya Patra Foundation which provides school lunches to children.
As you know we love Ayurveda and Ayurvedic products as seen in out previous posts.
True Veda offers a variety of supplements made from ayurvedic herbs and these are based off of ayurvedic medicinal formulas that have been used in India of thousands of years and various recipes and remedies have been passed down in families for generations.
Our household has been using turmeric in yummy recipes as well as to help with aches, inflammation and even acne.
We also use it in lots of yummy recipes.
We are giving our first impression of True Veda Organic Turmeric and will talk about our results in a future post. (maybe in a few days) (With supplements, products and many lifestyle changes you need to give it time to work or take into account how your lifestyle impacts the effectiveness of a product)
Turmeric can be tricky to travel with as in its powder from if it spills out of a container it can stain the clothes you are traveling with and can be difficult to remove from your bags.
Let's talk about the packaging:
1) The box is a gray beige tone with beautiful paisley and mandala print on it.
2) The box tells you about the benefits of turmeric, gives a brief introduction to Ayurveda, lists the ingredients (including allergen information) and suggested use.
3) The box is made from recyclable material, has the USDA Logo and has a factory seal so you know it has not been tampered with.
4) The capsules are sealed in a glass jar. (This is perfect for those of us who love to make our own diy beauty products or store small diy supplies- clean and recycle the jar, a great money saver)

How we plan to incorporate True Veda Turmeric into our life style:
Anya - I tend to have back pain in my thoracic spine ( between the shoulder blades) which bothers me more at night, headaches and adult acne.
The package suggests to take it twice a day, I'm more likely to start out taking it once a day and based on how my body responds move up to the twice a day recommendation.
I'm will be taking it with my breakfast and or dinner. I will start out taking the turmeric at night to help with back pain.
Michelle- I have arthritis in my hands and can benefit from the anti-inflammatory properties.
Overall First Impression:
We love that True Veda is a socially and environmentally conscientious brand.
True Veda Turmeric is in vegan capsules sealed in a glass jar. This is perfect for busy people, students or travelers.
True Veda works with the Akshaya Patra Foundation a charity that provides school lunches for children. One school lunch is given to a child with every purchase made.
True Veda Organic Turmeric formulation is made with ingredients that have been shown to beneficial from the thousands of years of Ayurveda to the most recent research.
