Hemp is a great source of protein and minerals.
We picked up Plnt by Love Hemp Protein from Apple Crate Natural Foods Market.
The Packaging us large and it is pretty full. it is also dark preserving the powder.
As you can see from the picture this is a bit of a late post. we have made a lot of smoothies and have been adding to other meals.
The powder is very fine so it has a smooth texture going into smoothies and meals. It has a very faint nut or wheat like taste.
